I hope that when you are reading this article you already know the basic stuff. Or not? One of the most popular online games nowadays is poker. There are thousands of players and a lot of poker rooms.

When you a beginner it is normal to make some mistakes. Almost all poker beginners make the following mistake when they start playing for the first couple of times: they call too many hands. NO! K 9 off suited is not a good hand and J3 neither. I am playing for two years (I’m not a pro or something, but at least I don’t loose my money) and I play hands like: 10 10 an anything above (Jack ,Queen, King, Ace) and pockets (even 2 2) and my favorite hand A and low card.

For example A2 suited is good if you make a flush you win because you have the ace and if you are lucky you hit a 3,4 and 5 and you make a str8. I have been quite lucky with this hand so I keep playing it. If you have Ace and a low kicker (6) be cautious. I see a lot of beginners playing very aggressive with such hands and loose because of their kicker. I you think you might not have the best hand don’t push.

A good way to improve your play is to play for play money first or with a no deposit bonus. No deposit bonus means that you get free poker money to play on a poker room. This money is free and you can even withdraw it if you play good enough.
